My name is Andrea Barnett, and I founded Elite Surgery Recovery with one purpose: to elevate your aesthetic post-operative experience with skilled, compassionate, and truly personalized care.
With over 20 years of experience in the medical field, I have cared for patients in some of the most demanding environments—from emergency departments to field response as an EMT, and across multiple medical specialties. These years refined my clinical judgment, strengthened my instincts, and deepened my commitment to patient safety, comfort, and dignity.
My path to creating Elite Surgery Recovery began after my own surgical journey.
Experiencing recovery from the patient’s perspective revealed an important truth: even with an exceptional surgical team and clear post-operative instructions, patients need additional hands-on support to feel safe, comfortable, and confident during the early recovery phase.
My role is to bridge the space between hospital discharge and your transition into the next stage of recovery, bringing strength, comfort, and skilled support to your healing journey.

SERVICES
We have a range of packages to offer and we also offer a la carte. If you have a specific need, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your recovery. Below is a list of some of the items in our packages;
- Meet your caretaker and get transported to your surgery
- Prescription medication pickup from pharmacy
- Pickup from surgery and be gently transported to your hotel room
- Assist with self-administration of prescription medications/change bandages, as directed by your surgeon
- Post-Op Comfort Care; helping with mobility, positioning, pillows
- Facilitate phone call/video chat with loved ones to let them know how your recovery is going
- Meal Coordination; ordering food, meal delivery, preparing simple recovery meals (at client expense)
- Bed Set-Up Prep and Clean; tidying area so patient can rest
- Companionship; someone to sit with you and provide moral support
- Errands; grocery shopping
- Faja/Garment cleaning
- Virtual video follow-up with caretaker in the evening to ensure that recovery is progressing within normal limits, and to see if you need anything
- Caretaker will be on standby to contact the surgeons office or 911 should an emergency arise
- Transport to and from post-op appointment
- Get you settled back in your hotel room, facilitate room service order, contact loved ones
- Hotel bookings, IV injections, meal plans, massages, etc can be arranged as well!
